The day of this wedding my 5d was locked in the house of my aunt. So all I had was my 7d and nifty-fifty. After deciding not to break-in, I just went with what I had.

I have two thoughts on your wedding pictures. First the setting is nice, but the happy couple are the subject. Us a low f stop number when possible, making the background nice and blurry. Second your water mark is so large, it obscures the pictures. Small, tastefully placed, in one of the corners, presents your name, without shouting it.

Photos are a moment in time, that can only be captured once.

Thanks for your response. These were taken about 3 or 4 years ago, and unfortunately I don't have the originals. These were the proofs I sent to the couple, hence the watermark, and I never went over f/2.8 in these photos. As I said, all my other lenses were not acessible. As far as the blur, I only wanted so much OOF to capture some of the detail in their photos while still keeping the subjects prominent.

Thanks again for your response.

Thanks Chris. That was during my vignetting phase. I am off the stuff now unless I feel it is really necessary.

Lol, I think so, but I'm somewhat of a gear junkie. I didn't even mention the monitor calibrator, colorchekr, etc.

With this street photography thing I've started I think it's my new addiction.

If I even said out loud I was going to wear jeans to a wedding my wife would beat me to death.
