Mixed medium that I created about 8-10 yrs ago many elements where stock photos manipulated to "fit" the scene. Forested areas were a couple of photos of islands covered in bushes cloned/stretched values changed. Dragons were rendered and the buildings were created in cinema 4d and placed rendered on the far hill. Tree branches were created in photoshop as a brush and just painted in.

I don't consider it a finished work but I was about 70% done. Just a cool little project I thought I would share show people "hey cool stuff can be created with your own pictures and further played with to create something cool and different". I know of people that became REALLy good at this stuff and have been hired by Lucas arts as well as gaming companies.
