Found the light difficult in that it was very bright and around the middle of the day some of the competing cars were white, and often drivers faces were in shadow, or hidden by screens.. Fortunately elementary PP in NX2 brightened the faces of the guys in the Austin Seven, and I failed to get the eyes in the Morgan pic as it was in the process of "clearing" the hill with no penalty points..


Seems the ideal is to convey movement while still capturing a sharp pic.... I tried to slow the shutter down in the hope of capturing some wheel spin in the mud but as the cars and drivers are moving about over bumps and such, the chance of catching just the blur in the wheel while keeping much else sharp is not one I have yet mastered..


Need to become more adept at using PP to chea...err..I mean, express my art... (-:
