I have not had the best of luck with eagles so far, but here is a couple shots one from Monday and one from Africa

Thanks for posting Edward.  I know that the second one has better composition and all, but the first one has character.  I wouldn't hang it on my wall or anything, but I'd look at it on my computer and remember that moment.  I don't post a lot of my shots, but I do have some that I like to go back and look at.  Anyway - both beat what I have.  Nice!

You have to consider yourself fortunate to get anywhere near such wonderful birds ED, interesting captures. the hippos in the backdrop make for an unusual eagle scene for sure...as for luck..? Who was it said the more I practice the luckier I get...(-: Thanks for posting.
