Not a Chordettes reference then ? ;)

Dramatic photo Jonny.  I like it very much.  Would you consider some selective dodging on it ?

Thanks John and Rod.  Rod, I was going to the night vs light theme.  It was already present in the photo then I accented it with a bit of a graduated effect.  I'll consider anything, but I have ADD when it comes to editing.  I do, I redo and I redo again.  I change everything and am rarely happy with the end-product.  I just redid the waxwing, using a different editor.  I haven't found a program that works for me yet.  But I have looked at this again.  Where should I dodge?

Hi Jonny.

I was think of a very subtle dodge on the lighter areas of feather on the duck's back.

An overall brightening of the picture might work but but I wouldn't want to loose the dark mystery of the photo.

When I saw it first I didn't register it as a duck photo.  I say the eye of some strange beast amid the waves of a dark sea !

And, NO, I haven't been imbibing the fire water.... ;)
