I had to really work hard to ID this one as these guys usually are not found this far north so they weren't in any of my usual reference material.  Apparently sightings of these guys in Oklahoma have been increasing over the last decade or so.

wow, that is far north... We have about a Gabillion down her in Fl, At Circle B I see at least 100 or more every time I go there.     They are a pretty good looking duck though

Nice shot.  You were close without much help from the lighting.  I've never seen one of these; at least that I can remember.
