Looks great, Peter.

I enjoy the light on the sail and the prow.

Would never have known it was from a smartphone, but I suppose the pano changes things in terms of quality.

Yes, small room bigish boat. could not fit it into the frame all at once.

So took a pile of shots of all the bits, PS figured out where they should all go on its own and blended them together.

The old Samsung galaxy is shooting at 16mp on a grain of sand :D

When I look at the exif the phones ISO was changing from shot to shot too.

That PS  thing is getting too smart for its own good, soon it won't need an operator. :)

That looks like a really interesting subject in very difficult surroundings in terms of lighting and the many angles in the backdrop, I know little to nothing of the PP processes involved though seems to me that you did very well in capturing detail in aspects of the rigging the rudder and leaving me wanting more of the hull detail, seems very shallow draught compared to the longboat I have seen...interesting......Thank for posting Peter.

Supposedly more of a river or lake boat. Would not be much good on heavy ocean waves.

Hello Peter.

Last spring I came across some city council guys examining the remains of a viking ship recently discovered in the sand in Dublin bay.

Not in bad nick, one careful owner and about 1100 tears on the clock

Now that is neat, to actually see the real remains being found!

Ha, probably get listed as a "Fixer Upper" on varagesale!
