1/80th, f5.6, ISO 100, 28mm, om-board flash.

Spotted them in my front garden and grabbed the camera.  I was lying on my stomach trying to focus when the young woman next door came hurrying out with her newish baby.  She'd seen me on the deck and thought I'd keeled over (!).  We laughted but you could see that the baby clearly thought I was the biggest ejit he'd ever seen.

Not sure if the picture was worth the ignominy, but all CC welcomed

Nice colours and textures.  The lighting is also subtle and very pleasing.  I would be tempted, however, to crop some off the top and a hair off the right side.

Nice group shot! Looks like a happy bunch. Agree with Kerry about cropping the top a bit. Maybe boost the browns to bring the shrooms out from the grass. We can only hope the baby grows up to like photography someday and will understand what he saw today. Or not.

Nice composition, and really good details! The lighting is good, not overpowering. Did you do any flash compensation?

Mark, just used the onboard flash.  No modification to the its power or any exposure compensation.
