I have downloaded it and am playing around with it; it is not fully functional yet. From what I've been told the MAC version is pretty good but lacks some things like smart brushes. I had the ON1 RAW program and when it wasn't buggy it was a great program but it was buggy a lot. I have been trying some of their competitor's programs and there are 2 that seem very similar to the ON1 program - ACDSee Ultimate 10 and Luminar.  If luminar launches like the ON1 RAW did it'll be months before it is a usable and stable program ... time will tell.
