Last pic is my favourite.  Seems to me that you have well framed up some very interesting little birds involved in very nice poses, though the pics all seem a little flat, Overcast sky..?  I suspect you might  make the birds pop to some degree with the application of skilled PP processes... A skill which I unfortunately do not possess, though others here may hopefully offer some assistance. A nice series of pics, thanks for posting.

#4 has the most potential but as said needs a bit more love and attention in post.  However don't ever get discouraged.  Most photos taken by even the best photographers are deleted.  Only very few are good enough to keep.  I myself usually only really like about 1 out of every 20-30 photos I shoot.

A lovely variety of birds.

Probably heavy cropped so any noise in the images will be amplified.

Tony did something on how to mask in LR using the brush tool.  Might be worth a search.

Nice set of images. A few things stand out to me. Try to get at eye level with the subject. The high up angle and lower angle images usually don't work, especially with small perched birds. Try to find an angle where the subject is relatively clear from the background. Sometimes by moving just a bit one direction or another I can get an offending branch out of the way.
1 nice shot - high up angle, busy background
2 angle too high
3 angle too low
4 good shot - needs some pp to clean up bg and noise, sharpen a bit if it is not a large crop.
5 large branch intersecting head and tail is distracting - under exposed
6 good shot - it is a good composition and a beautiful bird but lacks detail and is over saturated. Guessing it is a large crop. If not a large crop you could spend some time with this one in pp. If cropped then I don't think you have enough detail to work with. Big branch on right distracting
Spend a little time on 4. Start by removing the branch at the top and bright distracting area on left. Use NR on the background. Raise the exposure on the bird a bit if it does not create too much noise.

Here is the original pic four and the one with my new edits. Cropped, NR the background with brush,  increased sharpness and contrast on bird. Healed background by taking out the trash... Looks better, but I am thinking about getting Photoshop CC. I have elements, but I am thinking in for a penny in for a pound.
