I guess everyone is pointing his camera towards the moon today so I can't be different.

14 shots with 200mm, 1/3200s, ISO 400, f/2.8.

All stacked in RegiStax and cropped in Photoshop. Adjustments both in Lightroom and RegiStax.

11 shots with 200mm, 1/200s, ISO 100, f/9.

Single frame.

Of course the term 'super' is just for fun. We all know it is not that super. Not even 15% bigger than the smallest one, so there is no way to tell the difference. But it is clearly brighter. First shot I made was on my last used moon settings (1/1600s and ISO 800 with f/2.8) and it was waaaaay too overexposed. So rather Superbright Moon than Superbig Moon ;)

OK, time to find my silver bullets. Werewolves, here I come! B)

Single photo just added to show the difference in details between stack and no stack :)

Added one more stack 3 hrs later with different settings. Indeed now moon is bigger than the one from 19:00! 2 pixels more in diameter! Few more hours* and there will be nothing besides the Moon on the sky! :D

In the days and events like this I'm always thinking how beautiful would be to have the Moon like the one in Time Machine (2002).

That's a photogenic Moon! But just for the photo. Not exactly to destroy our planet...

*like billions of them :D

Cloudy here in SE Pennsylvania tonight. Just a fuzzy circle in the sky.

Nice work, rospondek.
