Let me start. Sorry for the potential repeat, may have posted 6 month ago under Landscapes...

Tahoe Blizzard - Pentax K3 II 24-70F2.8 F10 1/500 ISO 100 65mm approx (97 with crop factor applied) handheld + pixelshift.

Also just posted couple of shots from K1 under Landscape this morning...didn't want to repeat but could if it is OK,

Thanks a lot. Truly need to learn a lot about Landscape photography, I'm mostly sports shooter (soccer). Here you go, this is more subtle type of shot - no travel, coming from work, I've called it Typical SF Bay Fog... Again from K3 II (I just switched to K1 for all the rest of photography not related to sports...) EXIF - This is with Sigma 17-50 F2.8 @ F7.1 1/320 (have to be quick - boat is moving fast) ISO 100 @ 50 mm (with crop @ 75 mm) TVAV mode no flash

Just wanted to show what Pentax cams can do in normal situations, not setup or vista points, or etc...Normal (almost street like when you think about it) photography style performance.

Oh no. F7.1 and 1/800 ISO 800 @ 300 mm. Frozen action. No flash. Keeping aperture as close as possible to open on the longer end (F6.3 at 300 by lens). It is competitive soccer thus 1/800 is minimal shutter speed. I'd like to use 1/1250 if possible, those girls are fast!

How fast is that lens?
I am going to post a question for you in "lounge" so I don't clutter this thread with off topic stuff. I just created it.
I can't seem to post to Lounge. You try. Maybe I can't do the first post because I created the topic. When I post it adds my narrative to my initial.

Here is one from my Fort Ross trip. Just a little harbor that Russian sailors have used during exploration of CA coast. Fascinating place btw.

K3 II 24-70 DFA ISO 200 F4 1/2000 camera in AV mode @ 24 mm (36 mm with crop).

And serious of BW photos from K3 with PP in C1.

Similar setting camera is in either F3.2 or F4 with ISO 200 and AV mode.
